Job description:
- Communication with users of the Meta Lobby platform and answering their questions
- Working in the internal system
- Receiving calls, emails, chat messages from regular and potential users / developers
- Communication in English
- Presentation of the Meta Lobby brand and providing quality customer service and consulting
- Administrative tasks (entering data into a database) in cooperation with the team process improvement and design of new solutions.
