Job description:
- Collection and analysis of customer requirements and their categorization
- Regular consultations with the customer on the priorities of the project and individual components
- Workflow analysis
- Process modeling and process optimization design
- Design of a solution concept for the customer
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and technical teams
- Development of documentation and materials for testers and other team members
- Supervision of compliance with the quality of the output

Requirements:
- English Language – Advanced (C2)
- Experience in analytical position in the field of SW project development
- Advanced knowledge of analytical and modeling tools
- Interest in working in a team, but the ability to work independently
- The ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical oriented users
- Communicativeness and ability to lead effective communication – ability to acquire and understand the requirements and processes of the client
- Strong analytical potential and ability to solve tasks / problems
- Pro-customer approach
